Muslim divorce

There is no divorce for Muslims. Actually, divorce is allowed by Koran and it is not a deadly sin, though most Muslim people feel angry and alien about divorce. It is allowed for Muslim men to have up to three wives though it is better for them not to use their right for divorcing. There is also gender divorce difference. It is okay for man to divorce a woman and it is a terrible sin for a woman to divorce man.

A woman is allowed to leave her husband and get back to her parents only in case if she was subjected to violence of her husband. That is the only reason for woman to divorce legislated by Koran. Though, even in that case a woman will hardly manage to marry again. In most cases she is obliged to live lonely for the rest of her life. That is why it is a rare occasion that woman divorce their husbands.

In case of divorce children are left with father in any case. You know that it is common for Europe that children stay with mothers in most cases, though the Muslim divorce is a polarity for European in this aspect. A mother is deprived of children and she is lucky if she will be allowed at least see them. Sure, a lot depends on a man she was married to. All of us are people and we are inclined for feelings and emotions.

It is enough for man to pronounce a word "divorce" in Arabian to divorce a woman. Though, no matter on the easiness of the procedure of divorce it is a rare occasions that Muslim people divorces each other. Marriage is a sacred thing for them and in most cases, in very most cases, they marry once and forever. A woman in marriage has few rights though she is deprived of necessity to earn money.
