Muslim funerals

Religion of Islam recognizes existence of soul just like the religion of Christianity. So, it is common for religion of Islam to recognize two words: the material world we live in and the spiritual world our souls will live in after our bodies are dead. It is a great deal for Muslims to prepare to their future life. They prepare a number of thongs necessary for transition from this world to another.
They prepare special clothes they will be buried dressed up with, cedar powder and camphor. They also prepare money for funerals while they are alive. No matter who is dead, whether it is a man or a woman or a child or an old man he has to be put on his back with his feet towards keble. In case if it is impossible the dead person has to be put on his side with his face to the keble.
There is a pray that is read for the one who is dying. This pray proclaims Allah as the only god and Mohammed as his prophet. According to Shariah it is not allowed for a woman to stay alone with the dying person. It is not also allowed to talk loudly or to cry about the one who is dying. It is forbidden to leave dead person alone in the room.
After a person is dead his chin is tied, his arms and legs are also tied, and after that his or her face is covered with some linen. A dead person is washed trice. At first he or she is washed with water with cedar powder, than with water with camphor and than with common water. In case if it is a pregnant woman is dead, Shariah says that her left side has to be slit and sewed after the baby is taken out.
